My first reflexology session with Marie was fantastic, I walked/ hobbled with limited mobility due to severe pain in my back and pelvis due to pregnancy. My expectation was realistic and mainly wanted to relax and enjoy sometime to myself. I got up from the chair and didn’t feel any pain (as I normally would, especially from sitting to standing position) I felt light in my body and spent the rest of the evening pain free, more mobile, relaxed and a different person. Marie kindly added the Pods into my session, it’s very hard to explain but there was shift in my energy, there was certainly a spiritual experience/ element which I can’t explain, but there was something. Sometimes you don’t need to know how/ why (even though I spent the whole evening completely baffled) just trust the process. Can’t wait to return for more sessions. Thank you Marie!

Marie was very friendly and welcoming. The space was beautiful and relaxing. I had a session in the Pods. I didn’t have any expectations just went in to simply ‘be’. I saw swathes of colour, deep blue of the ocean, purple with bursts of orange. I was so relaxed I drifted off to sleep twice.
Something gave me a tap on my left ear!
I had plans for the rest of the day but had to abandon them as I needed to go home and sleep and sleep I did! My body clearly needed to rest and heal. It was a one hour session and went so quickly it felt like 10 minutes.

I went to see Marie for a treatment, not knowing what to expect, or what l needed. She led me through the most beautiful soul retrieval journey using her drum and guides. I felt held, calm, Marie's energy just simply allowed me to melt away and embrace what came through. My life has been changing dramatically since, in a positive way, Marie is a very gifted healer, l would recommend anyone to visit her. I had a wonderful 90 minute treatment with Marie, comprising facial reflexology, precision reflexology and Bars. Marie has a lovely, cosy and calming treatment room which smells divine and I felt completely ready to relax into the treatment.
Beforehand, Marie explained how the session would work and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was comfortable with enough pillows for support and a blanket for warmth, then darkened the room slightly.
The use of essential oils diffused into the air (specifically chosen by Marie for my session) added to the experience and it was wonderful to get repeated bursts of fragrance during my time there.
During my treatment I felt entirely relaxed and calm and enjoyed each part of the session - falling asleep more than once I think! Once my treatment had finished, Marie gave me time to 'come to' and then shared with me what she'd done.
Marie's passion for her work is evident and I would thoroughly recommend her and the treatments she has provided for me.

Today marked week 3 of sessions with Marie. I lead a very busy, stressful life like most. I also don't sleep well so never really feel properly rested. Over the last 3 weeks my sessions with Marie have given me the ability to maintain my life with more energy. Each week i attend i have my entire system reset ready for the ongoing challenges of life. My digestion, mental clarity, anxiety, sleep and general ability to cope with life has greatly improved. I have also noticed an increase in energy and mobility. Over the years, I have had many massages in different places. I have tried Hot Stone Reflexology with Marie and WOW this takes relaxation to the next level. The feeling of being massaged then having warm stones placed in strategic places on my legs and feet was just sublime. Had the most amazing Hot stone aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage from Marie. I have to say that this was the best massage I have ever had and I can’t recommend Marie enough.

I feel very lucky I found Marie, it was by accident as I was searching on the internet at 4am one sleepless night, I was looking for something to calm my head down. I was frustrated, angry and bitterness was creeping in with the unfairness of the situation I found myself in after my dad died.
One reflexology session with Marie and I was sleeping, I wasn’t feeling so angry almost straight away, my head was calmer. The second session the frustration eased, and the anger and bitterness has virtually gone.
Thank you Marie for bringing back my peaceful head, you and your cabin are a peaceful haven.

Reflexology is the best treatment I have ever experienced resulting in all my aches and pains disappearing like magic. I have suffered for many years with neck, shoulder and back issues, muscular aches and stiffness with constant need for hot water bottle and massages to relieve this. Since starting reflexology every 4 weeks for the last year and a half I have no need for any further treatments, hot water bottles or painkillers. Marie is amazing and puts me to sleep with each treatment using hot stones and essential oils, such a relaxing atmosphere who’d be a fool not to try this.

I've been seeing Marie for a couple of years now, having different treatments. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, I struggled in different ways, ie; 24/7 pain, fatigue, brain fog, sleep etc. Marie suggested Bars, and can honestly say that this treatment is amazing, my brain activity has calmed right down, so am able to sleep better, and I can think, process things and concentrate better. My pain has reduced too, not sure if it's related but worth mentioning. Marie is truly talented and has a gift for holistic treatment. I can't thank Marie enough

I recently experienced a new treatment (to me) offered by Marie - Hot Stone Aroma Reflexology using essential oils and a Reiki balance to finish. I was extremely impressed! I normally enjoy a Reflexology treatment with Marie, and have done for several years, but the hot stones took this to a whole new level, this really should be experienced, it was bliss! The essential oils created a lovely environment and the treatment ended with a Reiki balance, a perfect addition. SO relaxing and I have already booked another treatment with Marie.
I have had many treatments from other reflexologists over the years but Marie has such knowledge and empathy, with a true talent for all reflexology techniques. These treatments have helped and supported me with health issues over these last few years and I highly recommend her.

I had a lovely experience with Marie..She was very easy to talk to and explained what she would be doing. I had acupressure facial and reflexology and the pods...overall it was such a relaxing experience.. I can't remember the last time i felt so deeply relaxed. The space is lovely relaxing & cosy... On walking in to Meraki, it’s a beautiful space, womb like, safe, encapsulating and just totally made me feel joyful! After laying down and being guided to Set an intention and welcome it in, I was off. I meditate regularly, I have never ever experienced anything like this! I had so many visualisations, feelings, noises, smells and really distinct messages. I felt fully protected and full of radiant, love & joy. I felt as tho I was having a full body re set. Hi Marie, so I’ve sat with my feelings and my experience for a couple of days. It has profoundly affected me on different levels:
1. I walked the dog just now, and have a wonderful feeling of being grounded, peace and presence. More so than normal.
2. I have spoken to Steve earlier, and he rightly says that the most important job as the healer is to show the door, and the most important job as the one being healed is to action that awareness. What we hit upon at the end of the session has deeply affected me, in a profoundly important why. I have started to unpick my deepest generational wound:
Watching my father be abused by my narcissistic, dominating, victim, controlling mother. His father was an alcoholic who was also mistreated by my Grandma.
To have a safe space, with gentle guidance from yourself to get to this point is invaluable. And I believe it would not have happened without the pods. The pods put me in such a relaxed and base state, that I was ready and able to listen to the subtlest voice within. The voice that has always been there but was too quiet, too hurt, too timid, too scared to come out.
I have now put this into action. I have had a confrontational discussion with my ex wife. I stayed calm, but did not back down, in front of my son. And will now role model how to deal with confrontation in a calm, adult and assertive manner. So generational wounds have begun to be healed.

included in the treatment was bamboo Massage - amazing
and hot and cold stone therapy- i left feeling invigorated and a sense of calm surrounding me - felt amazing all day and evening.
